| Details: | Belmont Place is a pet-friendly community. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $400/dogs, $300/cats per pet and an additional monthly rent of $25 per pet. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
